Soft, golden fish maw with mushroom in a lusciously thick aromatic soup is presented in a hot stone bowl, allowing the soup to bubble enticingly as one appreciates the soothing taste and warmth. Deep-fried prawn with crispy rice jostles for attention alongside fragrant garlic and scallion in a pleasing combination, reminiscent of indulging in the comfort of home-cooked fare. Pungent truffle sauce adds its presence to an attractive mound of angel hair pasta embracing bite-size seafood delights; highly recommended. The light floral scent and flavour of osmanthus jelly refreshes the palate after a fine meal. The wine list of Old and New World labels also includes a selection of Chinese rice wine. Service staff are accommodating and pleasant in their approach.
