If you ever find yourself in a staycation at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, or wish to celebrate over a romantic dinner for two, Dolce Vita is the place to be for an exquisite Italian meal.

For starters, order the ricciola. This is a crowd favourite as every bite of Japanese Hamachi pairs well with a dollop of caviar, citrusy datterini tomatoes, grapes and dill essence. Every course seeks to impress as well. The rombo (crispy wild turbot fillet cooked on the bone) is served tableside, where waiters expertly fillet the fish and top it off with a generous portion of Kaviari caviar for that added umami. The fagottello (homemade stuffed ravioli with spinach mousse) is also beautifully plated, while the almond genoise tart dessert, enhanced by summer berries, is served with a refreshing coconutlime ice cream.
