It’s best described as modern Chinese, with dishes like Wagyu truffle beef hor fun and cheeseburger rolls—which are crowd pleasers. Meanwhile, items such as the Dragon Claw—crocodile foot sourced from a local farm—provides something for the adventurous. Those looking to be impressed will find the grandiose Golden Cloud Dragon Mountain, a whole lobster cooked in sweet and savoury egg floss, quite the sight to behold.
