As part of a collection of excellent restaurants in Raffles Hotel Singapore, La Dame de Pic has anchored its Singapore location in the courtyard where Raffles Grill used to be. The ambience has all the trimmings of a traditional French restaurant and yet, the decor is contemporary modern. Chef Anne-sophie Pic has perfected her delectable creations using world-class ingredients infused with popular Asian and local flavours. Her Berlingots is a must-try—little French-cheese-fondue-filled pasta parcels with a leek consommé. Of note is her “Elegance” tasting menu, which is simply a delightful feast. Dishes are artistically prepared, particularly her desserts which stir up all your senses.
