Li Bai Cantonese Restaurant

-

Li Bai Cantonese Restaurant has been a favourite among discerning patrons and restaurant critics alike since 1985. Like the works of the greatest Chinese bard it’s named after, the culinary creations by chef Chung Yiu Ming are without affectations and seemingly simple yet superb. His mastery lies in his ability to gently enhance the best of flavours and texture of the premium ingredients used. Prime examples are found in its soups such as Mini Birds’ Nest Buddha Jumps Over the Wall and clear broth of fish maw and bamboo pith, all infused with chockfull of deluxe delicacies. The restaurant also boasts one of the tastiest roast ducks and char siews in town. Dining at Li Bai is enjoying Cantonese cuisine at its finest—where the food, opulent tableware, and the excellent service of its discreet and unflappable staff come together to give diners an experience “fit for the emperor”.
