Among the eateries and boutique restaurants on Keong Saik Road, Olivia Restaurant holds its own with its superb food and lively atmosphere. The menu has a selection of creative tapas to start with, as well as a variety of mains (which include a good selection of seafood dishes) to cater to every palate. Perfect for sharing is the 1.3kg dry-aged Wagyu striploin M6, masterfully cooked such that the core remains tender and succulent. It’s served with sides of grilled padron peppers and cashew mash to offset the rich and meaty flavours. While there’s no in-house sommelier, the staff are well versed with the pours on offer and are able to recommend excellent choices to pair with your order.
