The Singapore laksa is a signature dish that is spicy, sweet and sour all at once. Chargrille­d surf and turf platter is recommende­d for the lean, tender, oven-roasted Australian Angus ribeye; free range chicken with natural jus; succulent barramundi with romesco sauce; and deep-fried soft-shell baby crab with tangy Thai sauce. Creamy durian pengat of the D24 variety, served in petite glass cups, is packed with sweet and bitter tastes of the king of fruit. Wine by the glass (one white, one red) is available, plus the hotel’s general wine list upon request.
