Since its establishment in 2004, Oso Ristorante has prided itself as an authentic Italian restaurant and remains one of the more popular ones in Singapore. With its consistent classics highlighting regional Italian specialities, it’s easy to see why diners would return. Perched on the top floor of the Oasia Hotel Downtown, the restaurant boasts a spacious dining room, two intimate private rooms and a pool-side alfresco terrace, which provides more avenues to entertain guests. Its menu focuses on seasonal produce, and mainstays like the succulent slow-cooked Maiale pork belly and decadent dark chocolate crostata paired with luscious homemade milk ice cream are comforting and consistently delectable.
