Tatler Dining Singapore

Peach Garden @ OCBC Centre

-

Sitting on the 33rd floor of OCBC Centre, Peach Garden’s classical Cantonese offerings are popular with the business crowd on weekdays and families on weekends. Pitched as the fine-dining restaurant of the group, the dishes are well executed; however service standards need a little sprucing up. Double-boiled soups are a speciality—a highlight is the clear and sweet seafood soup in golden melon. Standout dishes include crispy prawns with wasabi salad cream, and, of course, the roasted Peking duck.

Take note when ordering as some dishes are a single serving while others are sharing portions. Check the website for set menus and promotions. While the wine menu has highly limited options, corkage is reasonable at $25 per bottle.
