This Spanish concept located at Quayside Isle on Sentosa is the perfect place to enjoy a sumptuous meal, seated al fresco to take in the marina vista. The restaurant serves a variety of popular tapas, one of the standouts is the signature grilled octopus leg dish seasoned with paprika, lemon and olive oil, and served with purple Vitelotte mash potatoes. The paella dishes are worth the wait, too. Be sure to order the paella negra, which is generously topped with seafood and full of fresh flavours. For those who enjoy seared scallops, the vieiras en salsa de cava (sea scallops served with white wine sauce) is an underrated offering that deserves more attention. Not only are the scallops cooked well—all soft and buttery—the dense, cream-based sauce is also a great accompaniment that elevates the dish.
