Having been in existence for two decades now, Saint Pierre (which retained its two Michelin stars in

2021) still impresses its clientele with its tasting menus revolving around modern French cuisine with Asian elements. A renovation in 2020 enlarged and brightened the dining room, with more window-side tables overlooking panoramic views of

Marina Bay. More so elegant interiors are a sight to behold, but much to be admired is the excellent service, as well as the refined dishes using the freshest ingredients flown in up to four times a week from Japan. The bread pairings will also steal your heart: a miso bread accentuating the sweet and salty notes of the Kuruma prawn with N25 caviar. A fluffy Hokkaido-style milk bun balances the intense flavours of a Western Australian marron with turnip tea and kohlrabi; and Saint Pierre’s classic sourdough is the perfect foil to a tasty Omi beef served with sand carrot and kanzuri paste.
