Standing shoulder to shoulder amongst Singapore’s best restaurant­s in town, Salted & Hung pays the highest tribute to chef-owner Drew Nocente’s childhood home on a farm near Brisbane, Australia. The dining concept is creatively simple— sustainabl­e food you will love.

The nine-course tasting menu is an excellent demonstrat­ion of his concept, as everything from skin, meat, bones and innards are used to create delicious dishes that are also elegantly plated. Special mention to the aged turbot, where each part of the fish is used to create the intense flavours across all the different components of the dish. The 24-hour BBQ carrot paired with Wagyu beef is also not to be missed. The wait staff are helpful and friendly.
