It’s better than ordering individual kebabs because this platter includes the restaurant’s three best-sellers: jhinga kebab (large prawn), raan-e-tiffin (lamb leg) and khyber murgh kebab (chicken)— all perfectly cooked in the tandoor until they’re flavourful, smoky and extremely succulent.
