As the sun dips below the horizon, Vue’s spritz bar becomes a picturesque rooftop oasis where cocktails are flanked by twinkling lights from the cityscape below. Here, a mix of charcuterie, cheese and freshly shucked oysters are savoured alongside G&TS, aperitivos and digestivos, providing an idyllic hideaway for a predinner escape or a post-meal sesh.
