CLASSICS REVISITED
On show from now until February 24 at Fondation Louis Vuitton in Paris, Charlotte Perriand: Inventing a New World is a tribute to the work of the namesake designer. Marking the 20th anniversary of her passing, the exhibition showcases colourful elements of her visionary oeuvre while exploring the symbiotic relationships between architecture, art and design. Born in 1903, the late French architect started her career designing furniture while working at Le Corbusier’s studio. Key projects shown in the exhibition include the LC7 armchair (pictured on this page) and other collections that Perriand had worked on during her storied career. fondationlouisvuitton.fr/en
