Florim marks a new milestone with the launch of its first Asia flagship showroom in Singapore

Italian brand Florim fetes the opening of its Singapore flagship store

Porcelain tiles can have myriad applications, as seen in this inspiring showroom. Designed in the style of luxury residences and hotel suites, the Florim flagship store in Singapore is the Italian brand’s first showroom in Asia; the porcelain and ceramic surface purveyor also has flagships in Milan, New York, Moscow and Frankfurt. The opening party was attended by architects, designers and brand partners from Singapore and around the world as well as members of the Italian embassy.

The firm, which has over 50 years of history, is helmed by CEO Claudio Lucchese, who is the son of founder Giovanni Lucchese. Florim currently carries brands including Casa dolce casa – Casamood, Cerim, Floor Gres, Florim stone, Rex as well as Cedit – Ceramiche d’italia, an interior decorative brand that it relaunched in 2018. Selected collections are available in large format slabs, reaching up to 3.2m in height, all the better to showcase tilework in seamless patterns inspired by marble and other types of natural stone.
