GREATER HEIGHTS
Interior designer Terri Tan of Designworx Interior Consultant has worked on units in recent developments such as Wallich Residence (pictured above) and Leedon Residences; she has noted that their architecture tends to make her job easier. “These new developments often have ceiling heights higher than the norm in an effort to make the rooms feel spacious,” says Tan. “The layouts of these projects are generally efficient given that there are no odd angles or columns in the middle of a usable space.”
