World of Wonder

Available exclusively at Hafary, Italian brand Antolini’s natural stone products will lend a timeless appeal to any interior

-

Throughout history, stone has been prized for its durability and natural beauty, which are characteristics that make it a popular material for luxurious homes and monuments.

Backed by over 60 years of history, Italian stone distributor Antolini draws out these unique qualities; it offers over 1,000 types of stone varieties, ranging from granite, onyx, marble and travertine to precious stones and quartzite. Represented exclusively in Southeast Asia by Hafary, Antolini’s selection is extracted from leading quarries around the world, nearly 30 of which are owned or exclusive to the Italian firm.

STYLE AND SUBSTANCE

Presented in bookmatched layouts at The Stone Gallery by Hafary, large slabs allow the natural beauty of each stone to shine through. Visitors will get to discover over 50 types in the showroom—highlights include Patagonia, a granite from Brazil, as well as Fusion Wow, a multicoloured quartzite exclusive to Antolini.

Besides its dazzling material library, the Italian company is also known for its proprietary Antolini Vacuum Process (AVP). Inspired by technological advances in the aviation and naval industries, this patented process uses a combination of vacuum techniques and special resins that strengthens and enhances the structural and aesthetic qualities of each stone slab, while ensuring an optimal polish for a classy shine.

In addition, the firm also utilises its Azerobact treatment for a bacteriostatic effect on its products, in which ion-based nanotechology inhibits the growth of bacteria and mould. The unique formula does not alter the original colour of the material, while ensuring that the stone can be used both indoors and out. This treatment is also certified by the EU and US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for safe use in the kitchen.
