Beauty can mean many things, but ask Kelly Randall Sia for her thoughts on the subject and she quotes a biblical verse from the Song of Solomon. “You are altogether beautiful, my darling; there is no flaw in you. Isn’t this how every woman would love to be seen?” she says. The familiar face on the society circuit never fails to turn heads with her impeccable dress sense, dewy skin and disarming poise. to air internationally at the end of this year. She’ll be dishing not just how-tos and delicious recipes for healthy eating, but tips on fashion trends and personal beauty and style advice as well. As Kelly says, “Eat well, dress well, live well.” How does Kelly stay svelte and radiant on and off the set? Good genes are one thing and as cliched as it sounds, drinking lots of water and getting sufficient sleep help. “For beauty within, I meditate on beautiful things: Read beautiful words, see beautiful places, nurture beautiful relationships, and appreciate beautiful friendships.
