Fashion is all about expressing yourself and having fun while you’re at it. Singapore Tatler’s annual Fashion Hall of Fame was perfect for just that as society’s most stylish came dressed to impress. Held at Pan Pacific Singapore, this year’s event marked the 12th year of the awards. Cocktail hour was rife with whispered guesses of who the new inductees were, as their identities would only be revealed as the climax to the evening.
