Colourful sticks of chalk brought out the creativity of guests at the graffiti-themed Passion Ball in April, as they were encouraged to doodle and draw on their paper-covered dinner tables. Cocktails rolling out from a vodka bar fuelled their artistic streak, as did the glasses of fine wine that were paired with a delectable dinner comprising a salmon and ahi tuna starter, a hot appetiser of truffle-sprinkled organic egg, and barramundi or beef cheek for the main course. Speaking to guests on stage before the dinner, Food from the Heart (FFTH) chairman Ronald Stride highlighte­d important facts and figures about the non-profit food distributi­on programme’s efforts.
