UKRAINIAN CULTURE NIGHT
One of the best ways to experience a country’s culture is through its cuisine, and guests at the World Gourmet Summit’s (WGS) opening gala dinner found that to be true as they were given the opportunity to taste Ukraine. Working with the Ukrainian ambassador to Singapore, Dmytro Senik, WGS founder Peter Knipp flew guest chef Iurii Kovryzhenko to Singapore and treated guests to a gastronomical evening of modern Ukrainian inspirations including crawfish mousse and roasted duck with apples.
