While you can’t miss out on the aforementioned famous black pepper crab, other dishes that tantalise the taste buds include sashimi (choose between geoduck or Australian lobster) with superior stock steamboat, the sweet and crunchy golden strip live lobster, and steamed live Scottish royal razor clam with minced garlic and vermicelli.
