I’m a big fan of chef Yong Bing Ngen and I’ve dined at all of his restaurant­s several times, with each experience better than the previous one. When Majestic relocated to Marina One this year, I went with friends for a Chinese New Year lohei lunch. The set menu was impressive and full of innovative ideas and robust flavours. But what I’m dying to try are his a la carte dishes such as the double-boiled kampung chicken soup and black truffle fried rice with crab meat.
