Majestic Restaurant
I’m a big fan of chef Yong Bing Ngen and I’ve dined at all of his restaurants several times, with each experience better than the previous one. When Majestic relocated to Marina One this year, I went with friends for a Chinese New Year lohei lunch. The set menu was impressive and full of innovative ideas and robust flavours. But what I’m dying to try are his a la carte dishes such as the double-boiled kampung chicken soup and black truffle fried rice with crab meat.
