To illustrate the contemporary spirit of the Fiorever collection, Bvlgari has also launched a new campaign shot by famed photographer Mario Sorrenti, starring Spanish actress Úrsula Corberó, the breakout star of the Netflix drama Money Heist. She speaks about her personal style and relationship with Bvlgari

How would you describe your personal style?

I don’t have a definite style. I like letting myself be inspired by what appeals every day. My mood isn’t always the same, so my style can’t be either. What I do know is that I like comfortable clothes that make me feel powerful. I like mixing styles, especially formal and informal. I love high heels and sweatshirts. Accessories always help complete my look. I love hoop earrings, bags and sunglasses.

How do you feel about being the new Bvlgari ambassador?

Very grateful and happy. Bvlgari has a long association with the world of cinema. My favourite actress is Julianne Moore, and I clearly remember the Bvlgari campaign she did. To become the new ambassador is like a dream, a wish come true. It’s an immense honour for me to become part of this family.

What is your relationship with jewellery?

When I think about jewellery, I’m reminded of my childhood. My grandmother loves jewellery and I had a fabulous time whenever I went to her house and she showed me the pieces she owns. She would tell me the story of each one, and her eyes would shine with a different light, as if she were reliving every special memory.

You play the main character in Money Heist. Did you watch a lot of TV when you were growing up and did you have a favourite TV programme?

Actually, I did. At home, we used to watch TV every night sitting on the sofa before going to bed. Sometimes we would even wake up in the middle of the night in the sitting room—i loved going to sleep with the sound of the TV in the background. My favourite programme when I was young was Lluvia de Estrellas. It featured children imitating pop stars. I’d tell my mother that I wanted to go on the programme.
