CHANGE OF ART
For the first time since Jeff Koons did it in 2017, Louis Vuitton is allowing an artist to reinterpret its monogram this January. Swiss contemporary artist Urs Fischer, known for his conceptual sculptures and installations, has created a capsule collection of leather goods and readyto-wear featuring his hand-drawn interpretation of the iconic logo print stretched and morphed into 3D, velvet-like textures. Some of Fischer’s famously whimsical creations will also appear in the windows of Louis Vuitton stores around the world.
