FORCES OF DANCE

The Singapore Dance Theatre returns after a seven-year hiatus from the festival to present a triple-bill of neo-classical ballet and contemporary works, set against the stunning night time skyline of Marina Bay. The evening’s line-up starts with a performance of Piano Concerto No. 2, Opus 102, choreographed by Edmund Stripe, followed by a powerful dance number of Sticks and Stones which shows off the strength of the all-male cast, created by Kinsun Chan. Finally, the evening ends with a new piece, The Third Reset, by local choreographer Christina Chan. Till October 10, at the Esplanade Outdoor Theatre.
