“This year, I’m super proud to have launched two new F&B concepts at the Great World City mall. We first launched Softhaus, an ice-cream wonderland, in September, and opened our brand-new podto-bar chocolate concept store, Pure Imagination, in October. It’s been a wild ride navigating the evolving regulations in Singapore, but I think our vision and commitment to propelling Singapore into becoming a respected producer of artisanal chocolate, along with robust community support, has led to an amazing year for us.
I’ve recently discovered Tindle, a plant-based alternative to chicken, and it’s absolutely impressive. The texture is remarkably like chicken, and it’s very versatile to use. This has made it easy to work with, and pushes my creativity to a new level. Apart from food, I’ve also taken the time to focus more on personal wellness this year and can’t recommend enough how beneficial it is to go for a yoga session every once in a while.”
