“This year, I’m super proud to have launched two new F&B concepts at the Great World City mall. We first launched Softhaus, an ice-cream wonderland, in September, and opened our brand-new podto-bar chocolate concept store, Pure Imaginatio­n, in October. It’s been a wild ride navigating the evolving regulation­s in Singapore, but I think our vision and commitment to propelling Singapore into becoming a respected producer of artisanal chocolate, along with robust community support, has led to an amazing year for us.

I’ve recently discovered Tindle, a plant-based alternativ­e to chicken, and it’s absolutely impressive. The texture is remarkably like chicken, and it’s very versatile to use. This has made it easy to work with, and pushes my creativity to a new level. Apart from food, I’ve also taken the time to focus more on personal wellness this year and can’t recommend enough how beneficial it is to go for a yoga session every once in a while.”
