A Quayside Delight

Contrary to popular belief, a good dining experience isn’t just about the food. Rather, a sublime gastronomic journey is a feast for all the senses and that’s what you’ll get when you dine at Long Beach at Robertson Quay.

With its spacious al fresco dining area overlooking the Singapore River, Long Beach at Robertson Quay invites you to soak in the city’s bustling energy as you dine on the assortment of award-winning seafood delicacies on offer. The vibrant vibes of the riverside will whet your appetite further as you await the feast of exquisite live seafood served there.

If dining al fresco isn’t your style, the minimalist interiors offer a different experience with their calming nautical palette of whites and blues.

In terms of culinary delights, there’s the signature black pepper crab—a must-have—along with a wide array of fresh seafood that’s available in other guises. You’ll be spoilt for choice at Long Beach with more than 30 dim sum dishes to choose from, including perennial favourites such as steamed siew mai as well as savoury creations such as Crispy Whitebait Fish with Salt & Pepper.

Fans of oysters are also in for a treat, as Long Beach serves the Xl-size variety that’s air-flown into Singapore for maximum freshness. Whether eaten raw, steamed with minced garlic or vermicelli, or baked with cheese, these molluscs are a sweet and succulent delight.

And if you can’t decide what to have because everything sounds good, look to the specially curated sampling menu of all-time favourites, available at the Robertson Quay, Dempsey, IMM and UDMC outlets. Our personal recommendations are the deep-fried flat rice noodles with “la la king” and the scrumptious Golden Stripe Live Lobster.

For night owls, the Robertson Quay outlet is open till 11 pm on Sundays and Mondays to Thursdays, and 11.30 pm on Saturdays and public holidays.
