Billionaire property developer and chairman of Vista Land and Lifescapes, Manuel Villar, credits his success to the opportunities that education provided him with, and it’s a cause that remains important to him. This year, he donated two hectares of land to St Jude’s Catholic School and five hectares to his alma mater, the University of the Philippines, worth a combined $150 million.
