One of the oldest complications in horology, the moon phase, which allows the wearer to track the movements of the sun and moon, takes pride of place in A Lange & Söhne’s Little Lange 1. In 2002, the German watchmaker introduced the original Lange 1 Moonphase, which is accurate to one day in 122 years. Fast forward to today and the brand has launched its latest model with a deep blue dial that’s elevated by a sparkly gold flux dial, surrounded with diamonds for US$56,600 or without for US$44,900.
