Combat Ready

Developed in conjunction with Commando Hubert, an elite French Navy combat swimmer unit, the new Tudor Pelagos FXD is a stark departure from the familiar Pelagos dive watch. For a start, its FXD designation refers to the fixed strap bars that replace the removable spring bars typically used, which makes for a failure-proof interface. Another notable modification here is the bidirectional rotating bezel. This feature precludes the timepiece from being a bona fide dive watch, but was implemented at Commando Hubert’s request to meet its operational requirements. Each Pelagos FXD will ship with a one-piece fabric strap and an additional onepiece rubber strap.
