Parag Khanna is a global authority on artificial intelligence and geopolitics, and the founder of Futuremap, a data- and scenario-based strategic advisory firm. He is a regular adviser to various global organisations, corporate executives and government leaders, as well as a regular speaker at international conferences, offering his insights on geopolitical and business trends and developments.

Khanna has served as adviser to the US National Intelligence Council’s Global Trends 2030 programme, and senior geopolitical adviser to United States Special Operations Forces in Iraq and Afghanistan in 2007. He is also a regular contributor to publications such as The New York Times Magazine, The Guardian, The Wall Street Journal, Time magazine and Harvard Business Review, and a guest on broadcast media networks such as CNN, BBC, CNBC and Al Jazeera.

Khanna holds a PHD in international relations from the London School of Economics, and bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service. He is married to Ayesha Khanna, co-founder and CEO of data strategy firm Addo AI.
