NANA KOFI ACQUAH
Originally a journalist and advertising creative director, Accra‑based Nana Kofi Acquah now works as a documentary photographer across Africa, currently focusing on inequality and climate change. As well as being a recipient of the Tim Hetherington Fellowship, Acquah was named by Shutterstock as one of the top 100 photographers in the world to follow on social media in 2016. For this issue, he photographs Ghanaian artist Ibrahim Mahama at his studio (p.146).
