One-North Eden, located in the onenorth technology enclave of Fusionopolis, Biopolis and Mediapolis, is set to preview from April 10. The 99-year leasehold development will comprise a total of 165 residential units across two towers, and six restaurant units and a commercial space, which could be used as a retail space, on the first level. Units range from 517 sq ft for a one-bedroom with study, to 1,410 sq ft for the largest four-bedroom premium unit. The development is expected to be completed before 2024 ends.

Prices will start from $ 995,000 for a one- bedroom unit with study, $ 1.288 million for a two- bedroom, $ 1.768 million for a three- bedroom, and $ 2.288 million for a four-bedroom.

Easy access to amenities

One-North Eden is situated between One-North Gateway and Slim Barracks Rise, and will provide its residents with easy access and connectivity to amenities at The Star Vista, Rochester Mall, and the upcoming One Holland Village.

It is located within a five-minute walk to Buona Vista MRT Interchange Station on the EastWest and Circle Lines and one-north MRT Station on the Circle Line. The CBD is 15 minutes away via the Ayer Rajah Expressway.

Besides this, the project is located within close proximity to educational institutions such as Fairfield Methodist Primary School, Fairfield Methodist Secondary School, Anglo-Chinese School (Independent), Anglo-Chinese Junior College, National University of Singapore, Insead, Essec Business School, and United World College of South East-Asia (Dover Campus).

The project is developed by TID, a joint venture between Singapore developer Hong Leong Holdings Ltd (HLHL) and Mitsui Fudosan, a major real estate developer in Japan. TID and HLHL are members of Hong Leong Group Singapore.

“There is currently a strong demand for residential units in the one-north area, so the launch of this project comes at an opportune time. It has been 14 years since a residential project was built here and private residential options are limited,” says Yoichi Kaga, managing director of TID.

Fittings, furnishings and amenities

Home buyers at One-North Eden will be able to choose from a palette of warm or cool colour tones for the fittings in their respective units.

Each apartment will also be furnished with appliances from Bosch and sanitary wares from Zucchetti and Geberit.

Amenities in the development include a 50m lap pool, kid’s pool, cantilever gym, clubhouse, visual sky garden, and various pavilions. There will also be a function room, which residents can use as a meeting room or work area.

Besides this, residents can use a facial recognition system installed outside the lobby, basement, and the first and second storeys. Units will also be equipped with a digital lockset.

All homes will also come with a Daikin Smart Hub that integrates smart devices onto one singlecontrol platform such as the remote controlling of air conditioning in the living and master bedroom. Meanwhile, the four-bedroom units come fitted with a smart mirror with built-in speaker and microphone. E
