-

LHN Group announced that it had launched

Orchard Road’s largest co-living residence through its co-living brand Coliwoo. Named

Coliwoo Orchard, the

22-storey property is located at 2 Mount Elizabeth Link and houses 411 keys across 135 units.

This is the second-largest Coliwoo property, after Coliwoo

Boon Lay, with 437 keys. This announcement follows seven other launches by Coliwoo in 2022 across its residence and hotel portfolios — Coliwoo Hotel Amber, Coliwoo Hotel Amber Katong, Coliwoo Balestier 320, Coliwoo 75BR, Coliwoo Hotel Gay World, Coliwoo Serangoon 450 and Coliwoo Lavender Collection.

Kelvin Lim, the executive chairman, executive director and group managing director of LHN Group, says Coliwoo Orchard will be the brand’s flagship space and is a culmination of the group’s expertise in co-living, space-optimisation and sustainability. “We want to provide potential renters with increased accessibility to the various offerings in the heart of Singapore whilst providing them with a stylish, green, and functional place to call home.”

Coliwoo has more projects lined up in 2023. These include properties at 298 River Valley, 48 and 50 Arab Street, and 404 Pasir Panjang. With additional properties in the pipeline, Coliwoo’s total keys are expected to reach around 2,500 by the end of this year.

“The success of co-living the Coliwoo way has been possible through the continued support and expertise of the wider LHN Group, which has helped the brand grow from strength to strength and has shown us that having heart and care for our culturally significant buildings is just as crucial as being business savvy,” adds Lim.
