AN UNPRECEDENTED BYO
Having met Capitaland’s Chris Chong at numerous work events, we decided to go with something unorthodox in our coverage of him as our cover personality. We asked him to wear his own clothes for the photo shoot, the result of which you can see in the following pages. We trusted Chong to be daring in his choices, and he was. For the shoot, he bought a marble-patterned suit from Hugo Boss, which he rocked on the cover of this issue. And in the hefty garment bags he lugged to our studio were elegantly rakish pieces from Dior Homme, Dolce & Gabbana, Sisley (“which you don’t hear much of nowadays”) and Urban Revivo (“because smart dressing doesn’t have to be expensive”). What we saw was a man so comfortable with the vicissitude of fashion that he has made it his own style. No wonder he’s a delight to set eyes on.
