Equity and Equality

The numbers speak for themselves. When more women work, economies grow. When a company has three or more women holding senior management positions, it scores “higher in all dimensions of organisational performance”, according to a report by McKinsey. It’s amazing to think of the progress they have made around the world, especially when you consider that a large majority of countries only allowed women to vote in the middle of the 20th century.

But, there’s still a lot more work to be done, which is why we’ve decided to honour 10 next-gen women in this year’s Power List, our annual signature campaign. All trailblazers in their respective fields, they are redefining what it means to be successful while doing their parts for their peers. It’s simple, really.
