Here We Go Again

As I write this note, I am reminded of the optimism I felt at the start of last year. It genuinely felt like Covid-19 was behind us, and we could once again move on with our lives. Then, we all knew what happened.

With Omicron already dampening this year’s festivities, only a foolish man would remain optimistic for the rest of the year. Well, I am that man and I believe the human spirit is indefatigable. Jackson Aw, this issue’s cover personality, shares similar sentiments and believes the future is more promising than it appears.

We also asked three Next Gen alumni to share three key issues they feel everyone will talk about and recommend three young leaders who embody the qualities needed for the future.
