The Big Reveal
It has finally happened. Members-only Mandala Club’s new look at Bukit Pasoh is here.
Four months after announcing its opening with a Mirazur restaurant pop-up amid the pandemic, Mandala Club has finally completed its transformation. In addition to Mandala Masters as a blank slate for headline-grabbing, limited runs of chef collaborations on the first floor, and a fully equipped gym on the fourth, the other two levels are F&B-driven venues.
POPI’S on the second floor is a restaurant and bar run by executive chef Reuben Davis, with smaller nooks for more privacy, including The Analogue Room with a vintage sound system and vinyl collection. The Straits Parlour on the third floor serves as an izakaya and bar, with a large, circular centrepiece, when it isn’t used as an event space. It breaks off into smaller sections such as the 15-seater Mori No Yume森の夢, where head chef Sean Mell offers his take on Hokkaido fusion cuisine—as well as a proper cellar and The Den, a leather armchair-furnished hideout for whisky and cigar enthusiasts.
