“We envisage a party thrown to celebrate 1,000 years of peace, and our mission is to start growing beautiful pieces for this party. We were impressed by Louis Vuitton’s tenacity. We’re also fans of Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama’s [illustrations of Lewis Carroll's] Alice in Wonderland.
Hearing that she was involved in an iconic Louis Vuitton window display inspired our vision. The trunk and our two grown chairs, weave the legacies of our forebears with a bright and possible future."
