When you do a task, you can assign yourself a specific amount of time to complete it. Practising this helps you to keep to the habit of being punctual. Although it may seem hard at first, it will get easier. Practising good time management is like a muscle. The more you work at it, the better you will get. Eventually, you will learn to focus on what is important and concentrat­e on that instead.
