Cre­ate restau­rant-stan­dard taco shells and bowls in a jiffy. For shells, drape flour tor­tillas over the bars of your oven rack, much like hang­ing out laun­dry. To make taco bowls, place flour tor­tillas on an over­turned cup­cake tin and lightly push the cen­tre of the tor­tilla be­tween four cup­cake holes. To set the shapes in place, bake shells and bowls in the oven for about 7 to 10mins at 180°C un­til crispy.
