Owner and cre­ative chef of Blue Lo­tus For­merly the Chief Op­er­at­ing Of­fi­cer at TungLok Group, Ricky Ng launched his first restau­rant Blue Lo­tus Chi­nese Eat­ing House in 2013 at Quay­side Isle, Sen­tosa Cove. The es­tab­lish­ment quickly be­came one of the most unique and best din­ing ex­pe­ri­ences in Sin­ga­pore, of­fer­ing in­no­va­tive new age Chi­nese cui­sine. Some of his sig­na­ture dishes in­clude chilli pomelo crab and wok-fried Kagoshima wagyu beef ten­der­loin.
