Ex­ec­u­tive Chef, Stel­lar at 1-Al­ti­tude

Hav­ing cut his teeth at var­i­ous award-win­ning restau­rants in Lon­don, Mel­bourne and Syd­ney, chef Chris Mil­lar moved to Sin­ga­pore in 2003, where he helmed the kitchens of The Fig Leaf and Poppi

(Fort Can­ning) re­spec­tively. He later joined the One Rochester Group in 2009 and is cur­rently re­spon­si­ble for the culi­nary team at Stel­lar at 1-Al­ti­tude. His menu takes the diner on a modern gas­tro­nomic jour­ney, where each dish show­cases the flavours and tex­tures of a star in­gre­di­ent.
