Chef Christopher James Millar
Executive Chef, Stellar at 1-Altitude
Having cut his teeth at various award-winning restaurants in London, Melbourne and Sydney, chef Chris Millar moved to Singapore in 2003, where he helmed the kitchens of The Fig Leaf and Poppi
(Fort Canning) respectively. He later joined the One Rochester Group in 2009 and is currently responsible for the culinary team at Stellar at 1-Altitude. His menu takes the diner on a modern gastronomic journey, where each dish showcases the flavours and textures of a star ingredient.
