Sim­ply shake the egg vig­or­ously for a cou­ple of min­utes be­fore boil­ing —what you’re do­ing is scram­bling or beat­ing the egg in­side of its shell. Once boiled, re­move the shell to re­veal a per­fectly cooked golden egg.
