Many roads and de­tours led San­dra Lim (@ theveg­giemaiden) to a more plant-based diet and even­tu­ally be­com­ing a Raw Food Chef. Af­ter sev­eral years in the biotech­nol­ogy in­dus­try, San­dra took the leap to be­come a Pi­lates in­struc­tor and stu­dio owner. She has fi­nally come to re­alise through her clients and her own prac­tice that the road to health and bliss is not com­pli­cated at all.

The for­mula is sim­ple: daily ex­er­cise; fresh, whole­some, un­al­tered food; sun­shine; and lots of cats!
