The SOMA filter is made with mainly plantbased materials to ensure a low carbon footprint. It works by removing contaminants such as chlorine, mercury, copper, zinc, taste and odour, transforming regular tap water into fresh, greattasting, filtered water. The filter fits both the carafe and the pitcher, and generally lasts through 150 litres or approximately 2 months of usage. The sleek and chic SOMA Glass Carafe, made with shatter-resistant borosilicate glass, makes a great conversation piece at any party or house gathering. The carafe can hold up to 1.4 litres of water, and includes a BPA-free plastic cone and lid which houses the replaceable filter.

From $79.90, available at leading department stores as well as online at RedMart. Replacement filters are sold in packs of two ($39.90) or three ($59.90).
