Lux­ury porce­lain ate­lier Le­gle France ex­pands their sig­na­ture RUYI Gas­tron­omy se­ries with their eighth and new­est chap­ter, the all-new RUYI In­fini. De­signed by Le­gle’s creative di­rec­tor Des­mond Chang, the RUYI se­ries was cre­ated in homage to Chi­nese cul­ture and haute cui­sine. Each piece is thought­fully and in­tri­cately cu­rated to el­e­vate pre­ci­sion culi­nary tech­niques, so that the dish ar­rives at the ta­ble in the ex­act state—think tem­per­a­ture et al—en­vi­sioned by the chef. Char­ac­terised by el­e­gant curves and a gold rim, the In­fini col­lec­tion is set to be show­cased at two fourhands din­ners by chefs Vicky Cheng, VEA and Lan­shu Chen, Le Mout, in Hong Kong and Taichung this month.

Le­gle is also known for col­lab­o­rat­ing with world-renowned chefs like Um­berto Bom­bana, 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bom­bana. In re­cent years, they’ve part­nered with Sin­ga­pore-based chefs Ja­son Tan and Julien Royer of the Miche­lin-starred Cor­ner House and Odette re­spec­tively to cre­ate highly in­di­vid­u­al­is­tic col­lec­tions for each chef.
