Luxury porcelain atelier Legle France expands their signature RUYI Gastronomy series with their eighth and newest chapter, the all-new RUYI Infini. Designed by Legle’s creative director Desmond Chang, the RUYI series was created in homage to Chinese culture and haute cuisine. Each piece is thoughtfully and intricately curated to elevate precision culinary techniques, so that the dish arrives at the table in the exact state—think temperature et al—envisioned by the chef. Characterised by elegant curves and a gold rim, the Infini collection is set to be showcased at two fourhands dinners by chefs Vicky Cheng, VEA and Lanshu Chen, Le Mout, in Hong Kong and Taichung this month.
Legle is also known for collaborating with world-renowned chefs like Umberto Bombana, 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana. In recent years, they’ve partnered with Singapore-based chefs Jason Tan and Julien Royer of the Michelin-starred Corner House and Odette respectively to create highly individualistic collections for each chef.
