Australian developer Crown Group’s latest residential project is set to make a splash. Called Waterfall by Crown Group, it features Australia’s largest man-made waterfall that will cascade down seven storeys.

The luxury development in Sydney’s fast-growing Green Square district comprises three seven-storey buildings and an iconic 20-floor sculptural tower, which overlooks lush landscaping and water gardens.

Public art is a key element of the project. Artist Mika Utzon Popov, grandson of Sydney Opera House architect Jorn Utzon, is creating a largescale artwork that will adorn selected exterior walls.

The 331 units include studios, apartments with one to three bedrooms, as well as courtyard apartments and double-storey penthouses. Prices start from about A$650,000 (S$677,379).

Waterfall, located in the heart of Waterloo, is close to Sydney’s central business district and the airport. Construction has started and is targeted to complete by 2020.
